Wanted: Executive Ninja

I'm looking for an Executive Ninja to join the K.I. team, starting immediately! My current Communications Head Honcho is decreasing her hours while taking an intensive course, so the Executive Ninja will stay on board until July, with a possibility of extending past that.

The basics:

 

I’m a vegan fitness and nutrition coach, so you’ve gotta have an interest in this field. It’s up to 5 hours per week, so it would be perfect for someone who’s freelance, or someone who wants to pick up a few hours a week in addition to their regular work.

Job details:

Up to 5 hours per week at $25 CAD per hour, on contract. You can work these hours whenever you like, and you can live anywhere in the world.

 

Your skills:

 

Non-negotiables:

  • Impeccable writing skills. You're the type of person who finds incorrect grammar on professional websites and can throw together an informative social media post in a matter of minutes.

  • Video and audio editing basics, content creation for social media, and an eye for design.

  • Basic familiarity with SEO principles.
     

Preferred:

  • Experience with Asana, Wix editor, and Canva.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Carry out and plan SEO projects for karinainkster.com.

  • Edit exercise videos and upload to the training software I use with clients.

  • Create videos and graphics from podcast episodes (here's an example).

  • Update existing content like blog posts and podcast episode show notes.

  • Scout out and network with potential expert guests for the No-Bullsh!t Vegan podcast.

  • Create kick-ass graphics from content ideas I share with you.
