Updated: Mar 8
Dustin Harder is a private plant-based chef in New York City, and the host and creator of the original vegan travel series, The Vegan Roadie. He’s also a cooking instructor, recipe developer, and author of the Simply Vegan Cookbook, and the newly-released Epic Vegan. He’s been featured in big name publications like VegNews, Paste, Eating Well, etc. And he worked alongside Chef Chloe Coscarelli in recipe development!

>> Bridging the gap between vegans and non-vegans, and the importance of community over competition in veganism.
>> Travelling as a vegan, and getting creative. Dustin once made vegan quesadillas using a hotel iron!
>> Transitioning to a vegan lifestyle (and being vegan is not hard).
>> Dustin says, “I always like to hone in on being compassionate to each other as humans. If we can’t do that, how can we be compassionate for the animals?”
