With our aging population and longer life expectancies, now more than ever we need to set ourselves up for healthy aging. But how do we do this, and where do we start?
 
With an educational background in Gerontology (Master's degree), I combine research-based knowledge with practical suggestions for how we can all ensure we build a strong foundation of health so we can still kick but when we're 85 – no matter how old we are now.
