I enjoyed your book very much. It is one of the best down-to-earth, simple overall explanations of fitness related nutrition I have read in the vegan community. I particularly love your lists and suggestions for vegan proteins. The macros in the vegan world are so confusing.
I have really struggled with the 80/10/10 programs you mentioned. There are so many vegans promoting this. I have tried to eat those macros and have become so frustrated that I can’t do it but I also question how healthy it is to basically cut fats out of my diet. I know my skin is very dry since eating so low fat. I am going to adjust my macros to your recommendations. I know I can be successful with that and hopefully feel better.
