Gael Bishop is a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and owner of Fitness From Within - Coaching For Life. Gael was a registered massage therapist for 7 years and retired in 2013. She continues to teach spinning classes at the age of 51, is a former alpine ski racer, and has competed in over half a dozen triathlons.
