Meghan Callaway is a strength coach with over 15 years of experience, a writer, athlete, and animal lover, and the creator of the Ultimate Pull-up Program, which is being followed by thousands of people worldwide. She’s helped a wide array of people improve their strength and fitness, improve the overall health of their bodies, and maybe most importantly, feel empowered.
We had absolutely no agenda for our conversation. I wanted to catch up with her as it had been a while since we last spoke. So Meghan shares her experience with a recent injury, including why the 1-10 pain scale doctors use might not be the best option, and what the injury taught her about mindset, mental health, and the importance of tracking small wins.
