NBSV 041: Catching up with strength coach Meghan Callaway
Meghan Callaway is a strength coach with over 15 years of experience, a writer, athlete, and animal lover, and the creator of the Ultimate Pull-up Program, which is being followed by thousands of people worldwide. She’s helped a wide array of people improve their strength and fitness, improve the overall health of their bodies, and maybe most importantly, feel empowered.
We had absolutely no agenda for our conversation. I wanted to catch up with her as it had been a while since we last spoke. So Meghan shares her experience with a recent injury, including why the 1-10 pain scale doctors use might not be the best option, and what the injury taught her about mindset, mental health, and the importance of tracking small wins. We also talk about making progress with your training (like adding weight to the bar), and more.
