Black bean brownies - Coach K's food prep party!

Ingredients:
1 15-oz can black beans
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup quick oats
Pinch salt
1/3 cup agave syrup (or maple syrup)
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor. Process until completely smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, then let cool.
