Plant-powered personal trainer Paul Landini

I’m excited to introduce our awesome guest for episode 35: Paul Landini. He’s a plant-powered personal trainer based out of Toronto, Canada. He specializes in helping adult fitness novices become masters of the gym. In 2016 he was offered a bi-weekly fitness column in the Globe & Mail, Canada's national newspaper.

He’s a proud supporter of Animal Justice, a law firm dedicated to fighting for animal rights in Canada, as well as the International Anti-Poaching Foundation.

Listen below!

Important topics and points you don't want to miss:

>> Paul's vegan story and the film that inspired him.

>> A general discussion of all things vegan: cookbooks we love, thoughts on the vegan movement, and more.

>> The myth that vegans are preachy, judgemental pricks who think they're better than everyone else.

>> The myth that soy products have feminizing hormones that will turn men into little girls.
