Lauren McNeill is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics who focuses on plant-based nutrition. She has worked with Dr. David Jenkins to validate the then-proposed changes to Canada's Food Guide to incorporate more plant-based food. She’s an avid runner, and she spoke at the first-ever Canadian Plant-Based Nutrition Conference debunking common plant-based myths.
