NBSV 086: Dr. Chana Davis on processed foods, and limitations of "whole foods only" veganism
Dr. Chana Davis is a scientist and mother of three young children. She completed her PhD in genetics at Stanford University, with Dr. Pat Brown, the renowned vegan biochemist turned founder of Impossible Foods. She then spent the first chapter of her career in biomedical research, with a focus on cancer and molecular diagnostics. Three years ago, Chana launched Fueled by Science to help people get credible science-based information and to share insights into how science is done.
